The No. 1 boiler is responsible for the steam balancing task of the entire company's production facilities. It is often required that the steam production of this boiler reach a high load or even a full load quickly from a low load condition in a short time (less than 1 hour). However, the structural features of the existing air preheater are difficult to meet these requirements, and many years of operation make the air preheater have serious corrosion, serious air leakage, the boiler output does not reach the rated load, maintenance and repair workload, high maintenance costs and other issues .
The plant adopted the non-dew point corrosion water-heating medium air preheater to carry out comprehensive anti-corrosion and energy-saving technological transformation of the boiler and solved the bottleneck problem of long-term production restriction. After technical analysis, after the renovation of No. 1 furnace, 222.3 tons of fuel can be saved each year, and the annual calculation will run for 3,000 hours. Calculated at 1,200 yuan per ton of fuel, the annual added economic benefit will be 296,600 yuan. After the completion of this transformation, due to the reduction of air preheater smoke and wind resistance, while eliminating air leakage and reducing the load on the blower and induced draft fan, No. 1 boiler can reduce the power consumption of the induced draft fan and blower by about 10 kilowatts, and the added annual economic benefit is 1.92. Ten thousand yuan. The sum of the two adds a total of 315,800 yuan in savings each year.
