Determination of Soybeans and Climate-related Analysis by Fat Analyzer

Soybean fat content is related to geographical distribution. Previous scholars have reported that fat content is positively correlated with latitude on a nationwide scale, but the relationship between soybean fat content and climatic conditions in this part of Heilongjiang Province is slightly different from the national wide range. According to the results of climate-related analysis of fat content in soybean varieties cultivated by the SZF-06C fat analyzer, it was found that there was a significant negative correlation between fat content and latitude, a significant positive correlation with temperature, and a significant negative correlation with precipitation.

The correlation between protein content and fat content of soybean varieties and climatic conditions, protein content and latitude, temperature, and rainfall are not significantly related, but the changes in the climate that affect protein changes can be seen. The SZF-06C fat analyzer shows that the fat content of soybean is affected by the temperature and precipitation in climatic conditions. During the growth period of soybean, the temperature is high and the amount of rainfall is appropriate, which is beneficial to the improvement of fat content.

The SZF-06C fat analyzer was used to analyze the 73 soybean varieties cultivated in Heilongjiang province. The average protein content was 40.84% ​​and the average fat content was 20.36%. The protein contents in the five ecological areas were the highest in the soybean varieties cultivated by Anda and Jiamusi, and the average was two years. They were 41.42% and 41.33% respectively. There are differences in annual protein content and fat content in the same ecological area.

The difference in protein year is less than the difference between regions, indicating that the comprehensive effect of ecological conditions is greater than the role of climate conditions in many factors that affect the difference in protein content. The SZF-06C fat analyzer test showed that the differences between the fat years are similar to the differences between regions, indicating that the impact of the climatic conditions among the factors affecting the fat content is the greatest.
