Intelligent light incubator effects on plants

Photosynthetic pigments in leaves are the material basis for photosynthesis in leaves. Which is conducive to absorbing long-wave light, is conducive to absorbing short-wave light. In the study of intelligent light incubators, the Chl. content of cold water in the strong light was significantly reduced, which is consistent with the strong light on the degradation of Chl., and the significant increase in Chl.b content is related to the strong use of diffuse light by shade plants. It is further confirmed that Ginseng has a strong resistance to negative, suitable for indoor and canopy closure in a larger environment.

When plants are subjected to oxidative stress, salt stress or other environmental stress, the activity of antioxidant enzymes will also increase accordingly. In the study, the intelligent light incubator sets the CAT activity in leaves of L. oleifera induced by strong light, which is not consistent with that in the control group in the study of tobacco leaf senescence. This is not the same as the difference in plant characteristics. There is still need for further discussion.

The intelligent light incubator research investigated that the increase of CAT enzyme activity under cold light is only a small branch of the adaptive mechanism of light stress, and the plants in the antioxidant system is a cooperative relationship between various enzymes, so it is still necessary In-depth research to identify the interaction mechanism between them, which also has important reference for future research.

The results of the above intelligent light incubator study showed that the total Chl. content in leaves of L. sinensis was higher than that of normal light treatment under shading conditions, and lowest under strong light; the value of Chl.a/Chl.b was decreased under shading conditions. The content of anthocyanin was significantly increased under strong light induction, negatively correlated with the change of Chl., and the activity of CAT increased under strong light and dark conditions, indicating that the anti-oxidation system was activated in the high light stress of the intelligent light incubator.
