Intelligent product project expert review meeting convenes to promote the development of smart instruments

This expert review group consists of experts from the National Intelligent Manufacturing Standardization Expert Advisory Group Professor Yu Meimei of the China Institute of Instrument and Instrumentation, Dean Hao Yucheng of the Institute of Intelligent Machine Technology, Deputy Chief Engineer Xie Bingbing of the Beijing Institute of Machinery Industry Automation, and China Aviation Integrated Technical Institute Miao Jianjun Deputy Chief Engineer, Professor Wang Xue of Tsinghua University, Secretary General of National Standardization Technical Committee of Automation System and Integration (TC159) Li Xiaodong, National Standardization Technical Committee for Industrial Process Measurement, Control and Automation (TC124) Secretary General Wang Chunxi, Beijing Mr. Li Baihuang, former Director of the Institute of Mechanical Industry Automation, Director Zhao Shuang of the China Household Electrical Appliances Research Institute, and representatives of Schneider Electric (China) Co., Ltd., and representatives of Endress+Hauser Company, composed of 15 experts. Professor Wang Xue served as the head of the Standards Review Group. Prof. Song Yanyan, deputy director of the Institute of Surveyors and members of the project team, Wu Yaping, and Zhang Hualiang, Mao Yongming, Fang Yifang, Du Mengxin, and others attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Deputy Director Shi Zhenshan first delivered a welcome speech to the participating experts. Prof. Song Yanyan, the project leader, introduced the overall situation of the project, the progress of the work, and the development process of each standard. Professor Song Yanyan, Fang Yifang, and Mao Yongming were detailed respectively. Reported the contents of the three draft standards of "Intelligent Product Terms and Definitions", "General Technical Requirements for Smart Products" and "General Technical Requirements for Intelligent Product Intelligent Control System" and the results of the first expert review opinion processing. Experts of the review team separately conducted detailed technical reviews of the above-mentioned three draft standards, asked about the structure, scope, term definitions, and specific details of each section of the standard and based on the guidance. In addition, Wu Yaping Senior Engineer introduced the project standard test verification platform and test verification program to the participating experts.

After the meeting, the standards working groups will further revise and improve the draft standards based on the expert opinions of the review meeting.

Smart products are an important means and core goal of smart manufacturing construction and development. The "Smart Products" project takes intelligent products and smart equipment as the research object, researches and draws on the latest product intelligence related technical fields and technical organizations at home and abroad, sums up intelligent features and common terms that meet the needs of China's smart product development, and extracts intelligence. General technical requirements of the product, compiling and formulating the draft of the 3 national standards for "Intelligent Product Terminology and Definition", "General Technical Requirements for Intelligent Products" and "General Technical Requirements for Intelligent Product Intelligent Control System", and selecting typical train control systems, industrial robots, Typical intelligent manufacturing equipment such as smart meter systems are used to test and verify laboratory and application sites, and standard technical content is continuously improved. The results of the "Smart Products" project will provide standard norms and practical guidance for the intelligent development of China's equipment and products.
