Recently, the component manufacturer Lear Group announced the financial report for the fourth quarter of 2011 and the full year of 2011.
For the full year of 2011, Lear’s sales totaled 14.2 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 18% year-on-year; core operating profit was 787 million U.S. dollars, up 25% year-on-year; net diluted earnings per share were 5.08 U.S. dollars; free cash flow was 461 million U.S. dollars .
In the fourth quarter of 2011, Lear’s sales were US$3.5 billion, an increase of 11% over the previous year; core operating profit was US$176 million, a year-on-year increase of 17%; diluted net profit per share was US$1.03; free cash flow was 192 million. Dollars.
Lear expects the company's sales to reach from $13.85 billion to $14.35 billion in 2012; core operating profit from $740 million to $790 million; and free cash flow to $275 million.
