The project covers an area of ​​1136 mu and was built by the Universiade Group with a total investment of 1 billion yuan. It is the largest investment project in Song County so far. The project will be carried out in two phases. The first-phase project will cover an area of ​​98,000 square meters, and a 30,000-year converted automobile production line and a 300-meter-long automobile assembly line will be built. The first phase of the project will be officially put into operation in March next year and completed on August 1 of the same year. In the second phase, a 320,000-square-meter production plant will be built, and two 300-meter-long domestic leading vehicle production lines will be built to build 100,000 vehicle body production capabilities (including modern painting lines, stamping lines, automatic welding lines, and modernization).
