Comprehensively mastering the research, development and application capabilities of new energy vehicles, key energy-saving technologies such as power batteries, hybrid powertrains, advanced internal combustion engines, high-efficiency transmissions, and automotive electronics have reached or almost reached the international advanced level, with alternative fuel vehicles and core components reaching the domestic level.
