He pointed out that the most critical factor in the fourth stage fuel consumption standard is energy conservation, and energy conservation involves several aspects. The first is the problem of lightweight, which is directly related to the tires; the second is related to many technical aspects, such as turbocharger, gearbox and other technologies, may have a certain impact on the tires.
For example, Huang Yonghe uses the flattening technology of tires as an example. After flattening the tires, energy savings may be only 2%-3%, which is not very large, but for the whole vehicle company, this data is very impressive. Therefore, the meridianization and non-meridianization of tires, the general energy-saving effect of ordinary tires and high-grade tires may be the indicators that automobile companies value very much.
It is understood that GB19578-2014 "Motor Vehicle Fuel Consumption Limit" and GB27999-2014 "Pedestrian Vehicle Fuel Consumption Evaluation Method and Index" was officially released on December 22, 2014, and will be in January 2016. It will be implemented on the 1st. The standard was formed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to organize the National Automotive Standardization Technical Committee on the basis of the analysis of the current implementation of China's current standards, energy-saving technology potential and economic costs, and extensively solicited opinions.
Huang Yonghe also said that the "Safety Performance Requirements and Experimental Methods for Automotive Wheels" has started the national mandatory standards research since last year. At present, it has solicited two rounds of opinions and will officially become the national standard this year. Although this standard is about the wheel, the relationship between the wheel and the tire is like the two brothers, too close, so it has a considerable impact on the tire company.
The reporter was informed that at present, the wheels of the car are all mounted on the whole vehicle together with the tires. The performance test of the vehicle is carried out by the corresponding testing institutions of the country, and the experiment of the wheel monomers is rarely carried out. This standard proposes the individualized demand for the wheels in the modified passenger car and the consumer after-sales market. The modification of the wheel must also involve the replacement of the tires. Therefore, the introduction of this standard is a good news for the tire companies.
