Recently, Maanshan Science and Technology Bureau organized relevant experts to carry out project acceptance of the “12L high-efficiency energy-saving and environmental protection natural gas engine development project” undertaken by Anhui Hualing Automobile Co., Ltd. The relevant leaders of the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, the experts of the acceptance group, the person in charge of the Hualing Company and the relevant personnel of the project team attended the acceptance meeting. The acceptance panel heard a report on the construction of Hualing Xingma, reviewed relevant information, and inspected the project site. After careful inquiry and discussion, it was unanimously agreed that the acceptance data provided by the “12L high-efficiency energy-saving and environmental protection natural gas engine development project” undertaken by Anhui Hualing Automobile Co., Ltd. was complete and standardized and met the acceptance requirements.

"12L high-efficiency, energy-saving and environmental protection natural gas engine development project" has a total investment of 40,409,700 yuan. Through nearly three years of technical research and accumulation, Hualing has completed performance and emission development for four power segments of natural gas 410, 390, 375 and 350 horsepower. Mechanical development, combustion development, development of component options, and road testing and development meet the national five emission standards and have the potential to upgrade Euro VI emissions. B10 has a life expectancy of 1 million kilometers, and has the capacity for mass production. The engine structure adopts in-line 6-cylinder, integral cylinder head, four-valve, overhead camshaft and rear gear train; adopting electronically controlled gas injection system, high-pressure fuel injection pressure is 1800-2000 bar. The products have passed the certification of the National Automobile Quality Supervision and Inspection Center and have formed an industrialization capability. During the implementation period of the project, 12 kinds of patents were applied for, including 2 patents for invention; 10 patents of various types were authorized, including 2 patents for invention. Five related technical standards have been formulated and more than 20 postgraduates and technicians have been trained. The project has formed good economic and social benefits.
