The system is mainly composed of a core network, a communication base station, a communication terminal, and network management software. The core network is responsible for access network control management and bears service data transmission functions; the communication base station provides wireless coverage and communication terminal equipment access control functions; the communication terminal is responsible for aggregation and upload of service data, and the issuance of control commands, which can be classified into CPE terminals. And equipment warehouse terminals; network management software can provide management functions for each network element device.
