Jeff Rudolph captured the second alarm tender box yesterday in Waukegan and shared a series of photos. The fire occurred on November 5th, 2010, at 2:00 PM, and was located at 5666 W. Victor Lane, in the far southwest corner of their district. This was a non-hydranted area, so crews had to rely on water tenders for supply. The fire was in the attached garage of a single-story frame structure. Knollwood Engine 44 was used to draft water from the tenders, which were essential in combating the blaze.
