The KCMCO-KCT-1260WZ is a 12-axis Camless CNC Spring Rotating Forming Machine designed for high precision and versatility. It is equipped with a Taiwan computer system and Japan Yaskawa servo motors, eliminating the need for traditional rocker arms and cam systems. The machine features independently controlled servo motors for the slide base, feeding axis, quill rotating axis, wire rotating axis, and spinner axis, ensuring smooth and accurate operation.
This machine is built with a crank connecting link system, feeding and rotating system, coiling straightening system, and quill system. It can be fitted with hydraulic pressure scissors, which operate quietly and cause no damage to the mandrel or the machine itself. It is ideal for producing various types of springs such as tension springs, torsion springs, compression springs, scroll springs, tower springs, and flat wire springs, especially those that are highly complex.
The crank connecting link system includes eight knife rests, each driven by a Yaskawa servo motor via a VRB reducer, allowing independent operation without interference. The feeding and wire rotation systems are synchronized through the CNC program, achieving a feeding accuracy of up to 0.1mm during wire rotation, ensuring consistent quality and performance.
The feeding system is integrated into the rotation system of the machine and features four pairs of feeding rollers. Each pair is designed for different wire sizes, and the system is fully computer-controlled with a movement unit of 0.01mm and a maximum moving length of 99999.99 units, offering exceptional flexibility and precision.
