Toshiba expands lineup of high-power white LED products for lighting

Toshiba Semiconductor and Storage Products announced on August 31 that it will launch four new products to expand its TL1L4 series of high-power white LEDs. These high-power white LEDs achieve a luminous flux of 140 lm (min). The shipment of these new products will start soon. The correlated color temperature (CCT) of these four new products is 6500K/5700K/5000K/4000K, and the color rendering index is Ra70. The new products enable market demand for luminaire performance (over 110 lm/W) and help LED lighting applications improve light efficiency and reduce power consumption. Key features of the new product: Classification of Luminous Flux / Forward Voltage / Chroma / Color Rendering Index (Ra) using a silicon-based gallium nitride technology 3.5 x 3.5mm lens package for LED lighting development (at IF = 350mA) , Tj = 85C conditions).
