3-Alarm fire inHarvey, 1-19-20

Here's a message from Eric Haak:

The Harvey Fire Department responded to a third-alarm fire at a commercial building early Sunday morning on January 19th. The blaze was intense on the second floor of a 50 by 75-foot corner building. After the main fire was brought under control, firefighters had a significant amount of overhaul to do in freezing temperatures. There were several hidden fires that needed to be located and fully extinguished before the scene could be declared safe.

The response was quick and coordinated, with multiple units arriving on scene. Despite the cold weather, crews worked tirelessly to ensure the fire was completely out. Local residents were advised to stay clear of the area, and traffic was temporarily rerouted. No injuries have been reported so far, but the investigation into the cause of the fire is ongoing.
