3. Vertical single-stage centrifugal pump shaft seal adopts tungsten carbide for graphite and hard alloy, and effectively extends the service life of mechanical seal.
4. The vertical single-stage centrifugal pump is easy to be installed and overhauled, without the need to remove the pipe system. All the rotor parts can be pulled out as long as the coupling nut of the pump is unloaded.
5. The vertical single-stage centrifugal pump can be operated in a series of pumps and parallel operation according to the requirements of the application, namely the pump flow and the pump head.
6. Vertical single-stage centrifugal pump can be installed according to the requirements of pipeline layout.
7. The vertical single-stage centrifugal pump is different from the single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump. The impeller of single stage single suction centrifugal pump is only one flow channel, while the single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump has two flow channels.
Working conditions:
1. The maximum working pressure of CFLC centrifugal pump system is less than 1.6Mpa, and the pressure of static pressure of the pump is 2.5mpa. Please indicate the system working pressure when ordering.When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6mpa, it shall be separately proposed when ordering, so as to use cast steel material in the flow part and the connection part in the manufacture.
2 < 40 ºC, relative humidity, environmental temperature < 95%.
3. The volume of solid particles in the conveying medium does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size is < 0.2mm.
Note: if the medium is used for small particles, please indicate when ordering, so that the manufacturer can use the wear-resistant mechanical seal.

3, vertical pipeline chemical pump for conveying not containing solid particles, corrosive, similar to water in the liquid viscosity, suitable for petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, papermaking, food, pharmaceuticals and synthetic fibre etc, using temperature is 20 ºC ~ 120 ºC. -
4, vertical pipeline oil pump for conveying products such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil, the temperature is below 100 ºC medium to be delivered.
