Filter features

1. High filtration precision: The removal rate of suspended solids in water can reach above 95%, and it can remove certain impurities such as macromolecule organics, viruses, bacteria, colloids, iron, etc., and after being treated with good coagulation, When the influent is 10NTU, the effluent is less than 1NTU;

2. Fast filtration speed: generally 40m/h, up to 60m/h, more than 3 times that of ordinary sand filters;

3, the large amount of pollution: generally 15 ~ 35kg/m3, is more than 4 times the ordinary sand filter;

4, low backwash water consumption: backwash water consumption is less than 1 ~ 2% of the period of filtered water;

5, low dosage, low operating costs: due to the filter bed structure and the characteristics of the filter itself, the flocculant dosage is 1/2 to 1/3 of the conventional technology. With the increase of the periodical water production, the operating cost per ton of water will also decrease.

6, small footprint: the same amount of water taken, the area is less than 1/3 of the ordinary sand filter.

7, strong adjustability. Filtering accuracy, interception capacity, filtration resistance and other parameters can be adjusted as needed;

Process flow:

The flocculating dosing device is used to feed the flocculant to the circulating water in the pump. After the raw water is pressurized by the booster pump, the flocculant is stirred by the water pump impeller to uniformly mix the fine solid particles suspended in the raw water and the colloidal substance to perform the micro-flocculation reaction. Generate flocs larger than 5 μm in volume, flow through the filtration system and enter the high-efficiency asymmetrical fiber filter. The flocs are filtered and retained by the filter material.
