Lime Rotary Kiln Application:
   Rotary kiln is a combustion device for bulk and slurry material, it is widely used in cement industry, lime industry, refractory, metallurgy industry.
    According to the calcination character of limestone, lime rotary kiln is specialized design for production of active lime. This type of kiln can work with vertical preheater and vertical cooler to achievethe advantages like high use ratio of raw materials, complete calcination, even quality, good quality lime, high capacity output, environmental and energy saving, simple operation and longer working life. This kiln is very suitable for limestone calcination for industries like metallurgy, chemical, construction materials and etc.

Lime Rotary Kiln Structure:
Rotary kiln is consist of shell, driving system, supporting base, kiln liner, seal, head hood, combustion system etc.
1. Support device: advanced shaft structure, automatic temperature measuring device and electrical heating.
2. Catch wheel: including two kinds mechanical wheel and hydraulic pressure.
3. Gears: single or double. Control the rotating speed by variable motor, DE machine and frequency variable motor. Be reliable, energy -saving, and efficient.
4. Cylinder tyre bolster: lower bolster has three types: fixed, zoom and floating. The structure is simple, replacement is convenient and won't hurt cylinder.
5. Sealing equipment: there are many kinds for choice according to kiln models, including air cylinder edge sealing, spring edge sealing, and graphite block sealing and combination for above. The feather is adaptive for cylinder rotating and swing. And sealing effect is very good.
6. Kiln head hood: including stationary type and flexible type.
The kiln body is made of high-quality killed carbon steel or alloy steel plate and welded;
The supporting type and rollers is of ZG35CrMo and 42CrMo steel;
The sliding bearing is of non-scraping liner one with large clearance;
The driving device adopts hard-toothed reducer, flexible sheet coupling, driven by DC motor;
Hydraulic thrust roll is used;
The kiln head and rear seal is of pneumatic or scaled type;
With slow speed drive.
Complete supply scope:
It composed of kiln rear seal, supporting device, drum unit, driving unit, supporting device with thrust roll, hot kiln hood, hydraulic system for thrust roll(without refractory material) Electric control system can be supplied as customer's request.
