Discription:

 Drum wood Chipper can crush all kinds of wood (whole tree logs ,branches ,leaves ,tree limbs, trunks, pulp wood, veneer, solid wood, cores, slabs, scraps, etc.) into smaller and quality wood chips. Chips size can be adjusted by screen inner the chipper machine. Chips length is about 30mm. This chipper machine can be used alone, and also equiped with sawdust machine in sawdust/powder production line.

Application:

The output chips are raw material for biomass industry, fiber and particle board plants, pulp & paper industry, and also well suitable as fuel in modern heating plants. 

Structure:

It mainly consists of body, knife roller, top and bottom feed mechanism, feeding device, hydraulic system.

Knives was fixed on the roller by special bolts. As different thickness of raw material, the top feed mechanism could be adjusted automaticly, then chips drop through screen, chipping again for  large size material.

By hydraulic system, the cover shell of machine could be opened freely,  easy for user to replace the parts and knives, also convenient for adjusting the space between knives and dead knives.
