**Mechanical Decoiler, Straightening and Blanking Line**
**Deep Drawing Machine**
**Automatic Flushing Machine for Deep Drawn Heads**
After deep drawing, the heads must be flushed before entering into the automatic welding machine.
**Automatic Trimming & Polishing Machine with Arms for Both End Dishes**
This high-efficiency machine uses air-jacket clamping, automatic feeding, and trimming with an inclining hob. The width and slope around the edge of the shell are adjustable. It is reliable, easy to operate, and automatically feeds in and out when connected to the conveyor of the production line.
**Automatic Hole Punching & Logo Making Machine with Arms for Female Half/Top Half**
Punches the hole on top of the cylinder and stamps the logo.
**Automatic Socket Welding Machine with Arms**
Completes the welding of valve seat ring joints. Ensures uniform forming, good appearance, weld penetration, and weld width meet the technological requirements. Clamping is convenient. Uses submerged arc welding technology for girth welding in one time.
**Automatic Handle Welding Machine with Arms**
Completes the cylinder handle grip automatic welding. Ensures concentricity, uniform forming, good appearance, weld penetration, and weld width meet the technological requirements. Clamping is convenient. COâ‚‚ gas shield welding process, complete in one time welding.
**Automatic Joggling Machine with Arms for Male Half/Bottom Half**
Complete with in and out conveyor, and with mechanical arms.

**LPG Gas Furnace**
Designed to anneal LPG cylinders by applying flame from a gas burner. Composed of burner, flaming chamber, smoke collector, rails, chain roller, and exhaling system. Features include adjustable time, self-controlled thermometer, perfect heat treatment results, and pollution-free operation.
**Automatic Hydro Testing Machine**
For 35 kg. One cylinder, one pressure gauge, can be controlled separately.

**Drying Oven**
The cylinder must be dried before blasting.
**Shot Blasting Machine**
Removes rust, oxide layer, and burr from the pipe. Cleans welding slag, showing a metallic luster. Makes the surface bright and clean, improves paint adhesion, anti-fatigue, and anti-rust capacity, enhances surface quality, and extends the life of the steel tube.
