Copper Cable Granulator General IntroductionThis copper wire recycling machine is designed for recycling scrap copper wires and cables, such as automobile wires, telecommunication wires, and other types of copper wires, to recover valuable copper. The machine consists of a Crusher, Crushed Material Channel, Vibrating Separator, Air Blower, Dust Collector, and the Underbed, among other components.
Cable Wire Recycling Machine Main Features:
1. No water required, simply feed in the cables and wires into the system.
2. Turnkey and compact design with PLC control, requiring only 1-2 workers to operate and occupying minimal space.
3. Copper granules purity exceeds 99%.
4. Applications include communication cables, civilian wires, filament wires, and all single-strand wires.

Copper Cable Granulator Working Process:
1. Place wires and cables into the crusher, where they are crushed and completely separated into copper and plastic. The length of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the riddle; larger mesh results in longer material and higher output. Mesh size should be selected based on the type of material being processed.
2. The crushed mixture of copper granules and plastic pieces is conveyed to the separator by a conveyor. During this process, dust and some lightweight plastic pieces (including fiber, rope, or tapes mixed in the wires) are collected by the pressure-reducing blower. The opening of the pressure-reducing blower is connected to the dust collector, which uses a dust collection bag to prevent dust discharge and protect the environment. Dust and some lightweight plastic pieces are collected in the bag and discharged when it's full.
3. The separator is used to separate plastic pieces and copper granules. Based on differences in physical properties and specific gravity between materials, there is a specific gravity deviation under the forces of aerodynamics and vibration friction. By adjusting the conveying speed and amplitude parameters, copper granules (with higher specific gravity) move to the bottom of the riddle and from down to up, while plastic pieces (with lower specific gravity) move to the top of the copper granules and from up to down, finally being discharged through different openings.
4. All units are installed on the underbed to form a complete structure. The machine is pre-adjusted for production before shipping, and the customer only needs to connect it to the power supply.
