This instrument was independently developed and designed by Lanzhou Petrochemical Automation Research Institute and is a key project in the scientific research and technology development of Lanzhou Petrochemical. It has been three years since the project was established in 2015. Through the phased research work of analysis mechanism research, mechanism prototype design and molding prototype construction, the project has made technological breakthroughs in analysis methods, analysis systems, control systems and peripheral systems.

The improved heavy diesel 95% point online analyzer project has been applied for from the pre-research to the results, and has applied for 16 national patents and 9 national patents. The research results in December 2017 were officially put into use in the Changsan Petrochemical 5 million tons atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit. The real-time analysis data of the instrument has become an important basis for equipment process optimization and quality control. The estimated annual economic benefit is about 2 million yuan. .
