Product Description(CO2 Welder )
MIG/MAG welding involves creating an arc between the welding wire and the workpiece using a power supply through a welding gun. This arc melts the material being welded and the wire, forming a weld. The wire feeder continuously feeds the welding wire during the process, while the welding gun provides shielding gas. MIG (Metal Inert Gas) uses inert shielding gas that does not participate in the welding process, unlike MAG (Metal Active Gas), which may use active gases.
This welder features high-frequency inverter technology, waveform control, soft switch technology, and a digital panel display with advanced setup functions. It allows for continuous regulation of current and voltage over a wide range, along with automatic voltage pulsation compensation.
It offers high welding speed, a high success rate of arc striking, and convenient operation with a wire delivery device. The compact design is energy-efficient, reduces welding distortion, and can be customized for AC 440V input voltage.
