Product Description(CO2 Welder )
In MIG/MAG welding, an arc is created with the power supply through the welding gun between the welding wire being fed and the work piece. The arc fuses the material being welded and the welding wire, thus creating the weld. The wire feeder continuously feeds welding wire through the welding gun throughout the welding process. The welding gun also provides shielding gas to the weld. The MIG and MAG welding methods differ in that MIG (metal active gas) welding uses an inert shielding gas, which does not participate in the welding process.
This CO2 welder is equipped with high frequency inverter technology, waveform control, and soft switch technology. It features a digital panel display and advanced setup functions. Current and voltage can be regulated continuously over a wide range, and it has automatic voltage pulsation compensation.
It offers high welding speed, a high success rate of arc striking, and is convenient and efficient when used with a wire delivery device. Its compact structure saves energy, increases efficiency, and reduces welding distortion.
We can also customize the machine to support AC 440V input voltage. It is suitable for sheets over 0.8 mm and works well for both continuous and discontinuous welding. This welder is ideal for carbon steel, alloy steel, and soft steel, and is compatible with various types of welding wire.
The package includes a welding torch, earth clamp, and other essential accessories.
