2. Air knife drying Description:
Normal temperatures, without the drying button to be opened. Fan drying the glass is mainly used in condition of low temperature (below 0 °) and the humidity of the air (such as rain and snow weather, wet weather) circumstances, which is not good effect caused by these conditions

3. The use of materials: section 01 and 03 40 * 80 * 3mm Square steel (Q235B) which is welded together.
Section 2 are all high-quality stainless steel (304 materials). 4mm thick shell, and there is 1.5mm thickness stainless steel for six doors. Roof and bottom use 5mm thick stainless steel. And 1.5mm thick stainless steel for water tank. Three pairs of soft brushes (6), can wash the coated glass, LOW-E glass.

4. Other materials configuration:
1) All washing section use solid rubber roller,
2) Section 01, 02 and 03 respectively controlled by converter (Taiwan Delta) for regulating the washing speed.
3) The high-pressure blower fan. Circulating air can be heated, air knives and prop material adopt all model 304 stainless steel frame.
4) Using two circulating water filtration devices, also can be heated.
5) Bearings from domestic well-known brands: Harbin Bearing
