The ultrasonic sieving machine is a high precision sieve filter machine that uses both a vertical vibrating motor and an ultrasonic transmitter as its vibration source. By adding ultrasonic waves to the screen, it can be widely used in industries requiring fine powder screening and filtration.

Principle:
The ultrasonic vibrating screen converts 220V/50Hz and 110V/60Hz power into 18kHz power. The ultrasonic transducer transforms this high-frequency power into mechanical vibration of the same frequency. It is suitable for fine powders with diameters ranging from 0.063mm to 0.02mm.
This powder screening system, based on the traditional circular vibrating screen, comes with low amplitude and high frequency ultrasonic vibration during operation. This allows fine powder to gain significant ultrasonic acceleration, reducing adhesion, friction, and clogging in the mesh. As a result, our ultrasonic vibrating screen achieves high-efficiency screening and cleaning.
