Principle:
The ultrasonic vibrating screen converts 220V/50Hz and 110V/60Hz power into 18kHz power. The ultrasonic transducer transforms this high-frequency power into mechanical vibrations at the same frequency. This system is suitable for fine powdery materials with a diameter ranging from 0.063mm to 0.02mm.
Based on a traditional circular vibrating screen, this system adds low amplitude and high-frequency ultrasonic vibrations during operation. This allows fine powders to gain significant ultrasonic acceleration, reducing adhesion, friction, and clogging in the mesh. As a result, the ultrasonic vibrating screen achieves high-efficiency screening and cleaning.
Main Features:
1. Low-density powder (<0.3 ton per cubic meter) is prevented from lightly contacting the mesh, while high-density metal powder is prevented from getting stuck in the mesh. Static charge-related adhesion is also reduced, improving screening performance and efficiency.
2. The material's penetration rate is generally 50%-400% higher than that of a standard vibrating screen without ultrasonic transducers.
3. The screen cleaning time is significantly reduced, and sometimes the process can be skipped entirely.
4. Accessories like bouncing balls do not contaminate the powder.
5. Mesh size and screening accuracy are stable.
6. Materials adhering to the screen can be broken down, reducing residue on the screen.
