Copper Cable Granulator General Introduction
This copper wire recycling machine is designed for processing scrap copper wires and cables, such as automobile wires, telecommunication cables, and other types of copper wires, to recover valuable copper. The system consists of a crusher, crushed material channel, vibrating separator, air blower, dust collector, and the underbed, among other components.

Cable Wire Recycling Machine Main Features:

Copper Cable Granulator Working Process:
1. Place the wires and cables into the crusher, where they are crushed and the plastic sheath is completely separated from the copper. The length of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the sieve—larger mesh sizes result in longer pieces and higher output. Choose the appropriate mesh size based on the type of material being processed.
2. The crushed mixture (copper granules and plastic pieces) is conveyed to the separator by the conveyor. During this process, dust and some lightweight plastic pieces (such as fibers, ropes, or tapes mixed in the wires) are collected by the pressure-reducing blower. The blower's opening is connected to the dust collector, which uses a dust collection bag to prevent dust discharge, ensuring environmental protection. Dust and some light-weight plastic pieces are collected in the bag and discharged when it is full.
3. The separator is used to separate plastic pieces from copper granules. This is achieved by leveraging the differences in physical properties and specific gravity between materials. Under the influence of aerodynamic forces and vibration friction, copper granules (with higher specific gravity) move to the bottom of the sieve and travel upward, while lighter plastic pieces (with lower specific gravity) move to the top and travel downward. Both are finally discharged through separate openings.
4. All units are installed on the underbed to form a complete structure. The machine is pre-adjusted and ready for production before shipping, requiring only a power connection from the customer.
