According to reports, the main models of the Iveco Turin V gasoline engine are designed for 10 to 13 passengers and come with pricing comparable to diesel versions, ranging from 150,000 to 160,000 yuan. The first batch of vehicles will be available in key regions such as Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Guangdong.
Nanjing Iveco has long been known for equipping its vehicles with the world-renowned Sophie diesel engine, which has earned the trust of over 180,000 users across the country. The strong performance of these engines has been widely praised by customers. However, to offer greater flexibility and diversity in user choices, Nanjing Iveco has introduced a gasoline engine option for the Turin V model, making it the first in the Iveco global network to do so. Rigorous testing was conducted to ensure compatibility and performance, allowing the Turin V to compete effectively with both diesel and gasoline engines.
In addition, the Turin V stands out among similar domestic models due to its spacious interior and the inclusion of a gasoline engine, offering a unique combination of comfort and power. According to the head of Nanjing Iveco’s product R&D department, the Turin V series is a highly diverse product line with a wide range of applications. Since its launch in March this year, the Turin V has seen continuous model introductions each month. More new variants are expected to follow in the coming months, with the full development of the Turin V series anticipated to be completed by the end of this year.
