Cable Recycling Equipment General IntroductionThis copper wire recycling machine is designed for recycling scrap copper wires and cables, such as automobile wires, communication cables, and other types of copper wires, to recover valuable copper. The system consists of a Crusher, Crushed Material Channel, Vibrating Separator, Air Blower, Dust Collector, and the Underbed, among other components.
Cable Recycling Equipment Main Features:

Cable Recycling Equipment Working Process:
1. Wires and cables are fed into the crusher, where they are crushed and the plastic sheath is completely separated from the copper. The length of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the sieve: larger mesh sizes result in longer pieces and higher output. The mesh should be selected based on the type of material being processed.
2. The crushed mixture of copper granules and plastic pieces is conveyed to the separator via a conveyor. During this process, dust and lightweight plastic fragments (including fibers, ropes, or tapes mixed in the wires) are collected by a pressure-reducing blower. The opening of the blower is connected to the dust collector, which uses a dust collection bag to prevent dust emissions and protect the environment. The collected dust and some light plastic fragments are discharged when the bag is full.
3. The separator is used to separate plastic pieces from copper granules. This is done based on differences in physical properties and specific gravity between materials. By adjusting the conveying speed and amplitude parameters, copper granules (with higher specific gravity) move to the bottom of the sieve and travel upward, while plastic pieces (with lower specific gravity) move to the top and travel downward. Both materials are eventually discharged through different outlets.
4. All units are installed on the underbed to form a complete structure. The machine is pre-adjusted for production before shipping, and customers only need to connect it to the power supply.
