The detection steps generally include the following five points:
First, confirm whether the power cord of the high and low temperature aging test box is properly installed and properly grounded according to the specifications.
Second, to confirm whether the high and low temperature aging test chamber water is enough and the cover of the water tank is properly covered and cleaned?
Third, confirm the high and low temperature aging test box wet ball gauze:
aã€Whether the wet ball special gauze is placed in the correct position? (Is it placed in front of the humidity sensor?)
b. Is it wet? (Water is provided in the water tank. If the water level is normal, the gauze cannot be wetted. Please change the new gauze immediately. Change the gauze every three months.)

a, humidifier water level is normal? (Check the water level 3 to 5 minutes after the humidifier has supplied water)
b. Is the water used during the humidification period clean? (Humidifier should be drained regularly to keep the inside clean)
c. Is the drain properly installed?
Fifth, high and low temperature aging test box Check wet bulb over temperature protection switch is set at 150 °C.
Note: The gauze should be removed only when the temperature test is done. If the gauze is operated at a high temperature above 85°C, the gauze should be replaced before the next run.
