Brief Introduction:
The PP/PE WPC Wood Plastic Composite Extrusion Production Line includes a twin-screw extruder, mold, profile shaping machine, traction system, cutting machine, and loading table. With the replacement of molds, this wood-plastic extruder can also be used for the production of PVC doors and windows profiles.
PVC Profiles have excellent properties such as sound insulation, sound absorption, heat insulation, and temperature retention. The material is non-flammable, making it safe for use. All product series are moisture-resistant, mildew-resistant, waterproof, and have good vibration resistance. They are weather-resistant, retain their luster over time, and are not prone to aging. These products are lightweight, making storage, transportation, and construction very convenient. They can be processed with regular woodworking tools, allowing drilling, sawing, nailing, planing, and bonding similar to wood. They are suitable for thermal shaping, bending, and folding. They can be welded or bonded with other PVC materials. The surface is smooth and can be printed (clean the surface before printing).
