DESCRIPTIONS
The DDCY-Q series vacuum pressure solenoid valve is specifically designed for use with dedicated mechanical vacuum pumps. It is installed at the pump's inlet to synchronize its opening and closing with the pump operation.
When the pump stops or power is lost, the valve automatically closes using atmospheric pressure and a vacuum plate to maintain the vacuum in the system. This prevents air from entering the pump chamber through an orifice, thus avoiding oil backflow contamination in the vacuum system.
