Application
The TYA series can quickly degas, dehydrate, and remove impurities and volatile substances (such as ethyl alcohol, gasoline, ammonia, etc.). It enhances oil quality, restores lubricating oil viscosity, increases flash point, and improves operational performance. It ensures the normal operation of hydraulic systems, dynamic systems, and lubrication systems, making it suitable for industries such as mining, metallurgy, power, transportation, and manufacturing. It regenerates used hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, coolant oil, and machine oil.

Working Principle
Working Principle
When the machine starts working, the used oil is poured into the heater to heat under vacuum pressure, then the heated oil enters the primary filter, which removes large impurities. The oil then enters the vacuum separator, where it flows through a special radiation device, creating a large surface area for the oil, allowing the polluted oil to be exposed to a low humidity atmosphere, thus eliminating water, air, and gas. The treated vapor and gas form a gaseous mixture, which becomes liquid through the water tank and chiller condensation, then the liquid enters the water receiver, and the vacuum extracts the excess gas.
The oil that has had water removed flows into the precision strainer, where particulates are exhausted (oil purification). Depending on the amount of water content, a full purification may require multiple cycles to remove the water.

Preparation And Check
1. All spare parts of the oil purifier have been adjusted before leaving the factory. When the product is sent to the work site, they must be checked again.
2. The oil purifier is set up stably. The oil inlet is connected with the oil outlet under part of the oil tank. The oil outlet is connected to the top of the oil tank.
3. Carry out electrical wiring, including grounding of the machine. Check all wire connections of the power panel, oil pump, vacuum pump, and heater to ensure reliable connection and insulation.
4. Conduct a test run of the oil pump-motor to see whether it runs clockwise (viewed from the end of the motor). If not, correct the power line wiring.
5. When dealing with hydraulic oil and other mechanical oil on-line, please supply the same brand oil properly to make sure the oil level of the oil tank is normal.
Operating Procedures of Control Panel
For external wiring of the control panel, please refer to the Electrical Diagram. Connect the mains of 380V 3-phase 4-wire AC to the left of the panel and make sure that the panel outer casing is reliably grounded.
Turn on the main switch, and the power indicator is lit up, which shows the power is on.
When heating, turn on the temperature controller, and the red light indicates the preparation situation. Then turn on the switch of the temperature controller, set the working temperature to start the heater for oil heating. When the oil temperature reaches the set value, the temperature controller will automatically turn off the heater. Therefore, automatic heating can be conducted with thermostatic effect.
After stopping operation, turn off the main switch and lock the door of the control panel.
Operating Instructions
1. Operating procedures
a) Connect the main power to the machine and link the oil inlet and outlet pipes. According to the flow chart, separately close all valves (1, 9, 10, 13, 16, 17), which are connected to the outside, open valves 2 and 4 (or 3 and 5, separately use two primary strainers or the two ones can be used at the same time), 6, 9 to form an oil-filtering road.
b) Turn on the vacuum pump. When the vacuum degree reaches -0.07MPa, slowly turn on oil inlet valve 1 to make the oil flow into the machine.
c) Observe the oil level of the vacuum separator. When the oil level reaches the floating ball control point, open the oil ball valve 12, 19.
d) Open the oil pump (note: after ensuring the oil outlet valve is open, the oil pump can be opened, or there may be danger in bursting of the tube). The oil is exhausted from the oil outlet so the oil purifier can filter oil circulation. Adjust oil inlet valve 1 to make the oil output reach balance basically, which means there is a level controller to automatically control.
e) When the oil has circulated normally to filter in the oil purifier (the inlet oil quantity is equal with the outlet oil quantity), open the heater. Set the temperature between 45-70°C (according to the requirement), then have the oil heated in constant temperature to guarantee the vacuum separator can degas and dehydrate.
f) When the oil purifier works normally, open the fan on the cooler in order to have the strong wind cool the system and start work. Make sure the water vapor and gas cool to deposit in the water receiver of the cooler.
g) After the machine has run for a long time, sampling some oil at the sampling valve to test.
h) If the water content is large and forms an emulsification state (emulsified oil), open valve 7 and close valve 6 to make the water diversion device demulsify and dehydrate.
i) If the oil is needed to treat deeply, add some chemical properly to have the treated oil cleaner. Method: add some chemical (100g) into the feed hopper, and then gradually open the feed hopper valve 21 to absorb the chemical into the vacuum separator through vacuum automatically. After stirring automatically, have the chemical into fine filter to form a compact membrane so that it can filter fine.
2. Stop Machine
When finishing treating oil or needing to stop suddenly, please operate as follows:
First restore the temperature controller, stop heating, after the machine runs 3-5 minutes, close the oil inlet valve 1.
Close the vacuum pump, stop exhaust vacuum.
Drain away the oil in the vacuum separator through the oil pump, then close the oil pump.
Open the vent valve on the vacuum separator, release the vacuum, respectively open the water receiver valve 10, 17 to let out the remaining oil or water. Open the precision filter valve 13 to drain away the remaining impurities. Note: after finishing the operation, remember to close the valves so that it can be used next time.
Special note: if facing an emergency situation, press the emergency-stopping button, then the machine is disconnected from power. If wanting to restart the machine, must run clockwise to have the emergency-stopping button restore. So that the various control buttons can be opened to have the machine work normally.
3. Use Instruction
The temperature range in working is between -20~45°C.
The altitude of the work point can affect the vacuum degree of the machine. The higher the altitude, the lower the vacuum degree.
The used oil should not be too dirty (there are many impurities), or else must use other filter devices to filter first (for example: JI series portable purifier) in order to avoid affecting dehydration, degassing, or jamming the filter parts.
4. Notices in operation
When the vacuum pump is working, please note the oil situation of the oil level (the oil is above the oil level). If there is much water in the vacuum pump oil or the oil is too dirty, replace it immediately to avoid influencing the lifetime of the vacuum pump.
If there is much water in the cooler when running, please drain it immediately. First close valve 15, open valve 16, 17 so that the water can be drained away from the valve.
Please observe the pressure gauge. When filtering oil, if the pressure > 0.3MPa, clean the purifier immediately or replace the filter parts.
The filter net of the primary filter should be often cleaned to avoid jamming, which causes lack of inlet oil or high pressure. When the capacity of the inlet oil is fewer, it means that the impurities in the filter net are many. Please clean the net immediately.
Note whether the noise of the pump and related electric motor is normal when on-line. If there is an abnormal situation, please resolve the problem right now to avoid burning the electric motor and influencing the lifetime of the oil pump.
n) If the machine should not be used, please drain away the oil in the vacuum pump and inject new oil.
Maintenance
1. After a certain period of running, the machine should be checked to see whether:
a) The electrical control system is safe and reliable;
b) The temperature controller is sensitive, reliable, and accurate;
c) Oil seals of the pump shaft are broken with leakage;
d) There is any blockage with the running system and any abnormal noise with pumps or related motors;
e) There is any air or oil leakage with the oil running system and at sealing joints.
2. After each 3000 hours' running, grease shall be replenished to prevent motors from being burned.
3. Special vacuum pump oil or lubricating oil N46 should be used for the vacuum pump, and oil replaced or replenished if necessary at any time.
4. If the machine will not be used for over 1 month, place the machine in a dry environment with the panel door and all valves closed, and the machine properly protected by a covering.
Trouble Shooting
