Some companies even believe that even if the tires price increase of 8%, plus 6% in the first half of 2010, the cumulative increase in tire prices is still less than the increase in natural rubber prices.

Cai Weimin said that if the tire companies do not have stocks of raw materials at present, it is basically unprofitable to purchase tires at current natural rubber prices and produce tires.
