Q: What is our policy of the payment term?
A: -100% advanced payment is the preferred option.
-Orders valued less than USD10,000 require 100% prepaid.
-Irrevocable L/C at sight is acceptable for most business.
-Irrevocable L/C with less than 60-day term is only acceptable for some business after negotiation.
-Any L/C with more than 60-day term will not be accepted.
-D/P at sight is acceptable for some business after negotiation, while others will not be accepted.
-D/A and O/A will not be accepted generally.
-Partial payment is negotiable, but typically we require an advance payment of no less than 30%, with the balance paid before shipment.
Q: How long will be the lead time for the orders?
A: -Normally, the lead time is 45-60 days, depending on the order quantity and production schedule.
-Lead time is calculated from the date of receiving the L/C or advance payment as agreed in the contract.
-Some rush orders may be fulfilled within 30 days or even shorter, subject to final approval.
Q: Do we have a minimum order requirement?
A: -Yes, the minimum order value must be USD2,000.
-Orders below USD2,000 are only acceptable after negotiation.
