Q: What is our payment policy?
A: -100% advance payment is preferred.
-Orders under USD10,000 require full prepayment.
-Irrevocable L/C at sight is acceptable for most businesses.
-Irrevocable L/C with less than 60 days is acceptable after negotiation.
-L/C with more than 60 days is not acceptable.
-D/P at sight is acceptable after negotiation, others are not.
-D/A and O/A are generally not accepted.
-Partial payments are negotiable, but typically at least 30% advance, balance before shipment.
Q: How long is the lead time for orders?
A: -Normally 45-60 days, depending on order quantity and schedule.
-Lead time starts from receiving L/C or advance payment as per contract.
-Some rush orders can be fulfilled within 30 days or even shorter, upon approval.
Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?
A: -Yes, minimum order value is USD2,000.
-Orders below USD2,000 are only acceptable after negotiation.
-Sample orders are an exception.
