China wants to recall: Isuzu C series of full brake specifications

The Isuzu Motor Company's Beijing office recently announced that the Isuzu C Series vehicles imported from China at the start of 2003 will undergo free repairs. The affected models include CXZ51K/L/Q, CXZ81K/Q, and CXH50S/T. These vehicles have been identified as having safety and quality issues, such as deteriorating brake performance, insufficient tank capacity, and delayed braking response. According to the reporter who learned about this from the AQSIQ (General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine), the recall is part of a broader effort to ensure vehicle safety. Following inspections, the Isuzu Motor Company has decided to implement free improvements for these three models. A spokesperson from Isuzu's Beijing office stated that over 30 service centers nationwide will be launched to handle the repairs. Technical staff will be dispatched to provide on-site support, and customers will also receive training on proper maintenance and driving techniques. The company expects all affected vehicles to be fully repaired by early next year. It is worth noting that the recalled models are primarily cement mixers used in construction. Industry experts suggest that Isuzu’s decision to address the issue may be influenced by the official implementation of China's new vehicle recall system on October 1st. This move not only enhances consumer confidence but also aligns with the country's growing emphasis on automotive safety standards. As the auto industry continues to evolve, such proactive measures demonstrate a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
