Granulator for Sale Introduction:
The JLF series copper granulator is designed for recycling waste household communication cables, car cables, motor cables, and other industrial cables. The machine consists of a crushing and separating system, along with an efficient dust collection system to produce clean copper pellets and plastic pellets.
Granulator for Sale Features:
The JLF-400 (capacity: 200-250kg/h) granulator is ideal for mid-sized factories. It completes the entire recycling process in a closed structure to prevent pollution and noise. Crushed copper wires pass through a high-pressure fan, and dust is collected before the vibrating separator separates the copper and plastic pellets through different outlets.

Granulator for Sale Working Principle:
1. Put wires and cables into the crusher, where they are crushed and the plastic sheath and copper are completely separated. The length of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the sieve. Larger mesh sizes result in longer crushed material and higher output. Choose the mesh based on the type of material during production.
2. The crushed material (a mix of copper granules and plastic pieces) is conveyed to the separator by a conveyor. During this process, dust and lightweight plastic pieces (including fibers, ropes, or tapes mixed in the wires) are collected by a pressure-reducing blower. The opening of the blower is connected to a dust collector with a dust collection bag to prevent dust emissions. Dust and some lightweight plastic pieces are collected in the bag and discharged when full.
3. The separator is used to separate plastic pieces from copper granules. Due to differences in physical properties and specific gravity between materials, there is a specific gravity deviation under the influence of aerodynamic forces and vibration friction. By adjusting the conveying speed and amplitude parameters, copper granules (with higher specific gravity) move to the bottom of the sieve and travel upward, while plastic pieces (with lower specific gravity) move above the copper granules and travel downward. Both are finally discharged through different openings.
4. All units are installed on the frame to form a complete structure. The machine is adjusted and ready for production before shipping, so the customer only needs to connect it to the power supply.Â
Granulator for Sale Detail Instruction:
1. Shredding System: Shredding is the first step of the recycling process. There are 14 moving blades inside the crusher, which cut small scraps of copper wire into small pellets of 5-8mm (depending on the raw material size).
2. Separating System: A high-pressure fan sends the crushed copper and plastic pellets into the vibrating separator, which has a screen to direct them to different outlets.
3. Copper Pellet Outlet: Crushed and separated copper pellets exit through this opening.
4. Plastic Pellet Outlet: Crushed and separated plastic pellets exit through this opening.
5. Dust Collector: The recycling machine includes a combined dust collection system.
6. Electric Control Box: We typically provide an automatic control system, but we can also customize it as needed.
Granulator for Sale Spare Parts & Related Machine:Â
The main spare parts of the copper wire recycling machine are the screen and moving blades. For the JLF-400 model, we usually include one extra set of spare parts, which contains one screen and twelve blades. We also recommend appropriate related machines to customers based on the raw material to achieve the best recycling results.
Pre-treatment Machines:
1. Cable Stripper: If dealing with large multi-strand copper wires, it's better to separate the cores before feeding them into the granulator.
2. Double Shaft Crusher: If the raw material is long, it's helpful to cut it into smaller pieces before granulating.
3. Blade Sharpening Machine: After prolonged use, the blades on the granulator need maintenance to maintain sharpness.
4. Magnetic Conveyor: If there's a small amount of iron mixed in the copper wire, a magnetic conveyor can be added to remove iron impurities from the copper pellet to achieve higher purity.
5. Belt Conveyor: Supplied to customers who require fully automatic copper wire feeding.
