1. Shredding System: Shredding is the first step in the recycling process. There are 14 moving blades inside the crusher, which cut scrap copper wires into small pellets of 5-8mm (depending on the raw material size).
2. Separating System: A high-pressure fan sends crushed copper and plastic pellets into the vibrating separator. The system has a screen that separates copper and plastic pellets into different outlets.
3. Copper Pellet Outlet: Crushed and separated copper pellets exit through this port.
4. Plastic Pellet Outlet: Crushed and separated plastic pellets exit through this port.
5. Dust Collector: The recycling machine is equipped with a combined dust collection system.
6. Electric Control Box: Normally, an automatic control system is matched with the machine. Custom control systems are also available.

The main spare parts of the copper wire recycling machine are the screen and moving blades. We typically provide one additional set of spare parts, including one screen and twelve blades, for the JLF-400 copper wire granulator. 1. Cable Stripper: If dealing with large multi-strand copper wires, it's better to separate the cores before feeding them into the granulator.
2. Double Shaft Crusher: If the raw material is long, cutting it into smaller pieces before granulating is helpful.
3. Blade Sharpening Machine: After long-term operation, the blades on the granulator need maintenance to maintain sharpness.
4. Magnetic Conveyor: If there is a small amount of iron mixed in the copper wire, a magnetic conveyor can be added to remove the iron from the copper pellet for higher purity.
5. Belt Conveyor: Supplied for customers requiring fully automatic copper wire feeding.

2. The conical twin screws have applied oil cooling system. Barrel is cooled by special wind cooling system.

4. The conical twin screw is made by high precision special digital screw miller; extruding property can be highly harmonized. It has firstly introduced advanced technique of producing screw with variable pitch and depth, so that the material can be more softly sheared and cut.
