Industrial fire in Wheeling, 1-30-17

This is from Larry Shapiro:

Wheeling firefighters responded to a reported fire at Crothall Laundry (formerly Hospital Laundry Services) located at 45 W. Hintz Road around 10 p.m. on Monday, January 30, 2017. The initial call was upgraded to a higher alert after the RED Center received reports of heavy smoke coming from the rear of the large commercial laundry facility.

Fire companies quickly stretched two lines into the building and successfully extinguished the fire. Later, the MABAS Division 1 MVU Tempest mobile ventilation unit was deployed to clear the structure of smoke and improve air quality for any potential occupants or first responders still inside.
