Northbrook responded to an MVA this afternoon at Pfingsten & Techny that was reported to be a vehicle vs. a garbage truck. Firefighters found an IDOT sewer vac and a car with one person that needed to be extricated plus two additional patients. Three ambulances were called to the scene.
