The pure electric bus required by the city's product technology, safety and after-sales service, after obtaining the vehicle registration license of this city, can apply for the financial subsidy of the city's pure electric bus.
On the basis of the central subsidy, the city's pure electric bus subsidy is determined according to the central standard 1:1. In 2015, according to the length of the bus from less than 6 meters to more than 10 meters, the subsidy standard ranges from 300,000 yuan to 500,000 yuan. The 2016 subsidy standard is based on the length of the vehicle and the pure electric driving range. The subsidy amount ranges from 240,000 yuan to 500,000 yuan. The 2017 subsidy standard fell by 20% from 2016.
At the same time, automobile manufacturers enjoy a maximum of 60% of the total financial subsidies of the central and municipalities.
According to reports, local pure electric bus subsidies will be directly allocated to automobile manufacturers, and consumers can pay after deducting subsidies at the sales price. If an automobile production enterprise that is not registered in this Municipality applies for the financial subsidy fund of this Municipality, it must authorize a car sales organization with independent legal person qualification registered in Beijing to apply for it uniformly, and the financial department will allocate the subsidy funds to the automobile sales organization.
