Made in China 2025 put forward the "three-step" strategic goal, nine strategic tasks, ten key areas and five major projects. It will fully deploy the construction of a strong country in the next decade. Miao said frankly that China Manufacturing 2025 and German Industry 4.0 are new strategies adopted by China and Germany to cope with a new round of global competition. They have the same strategic mission and core concepts, but they have the foundation of development, the stage of industry, and the strategic tasks. Individual characteristics. Germany is a world manufacturing powerhouse with world-leading technology. China is a big manufacturing country, but it is big but not strong. Compared with Germany, whether it is R&D investment or technical level, whether it is product quality or brand image. The Sino-German manufacturing industry has strong complementarity. Finally, Miao proposed six suggestions: First, initiate a dialogue mechanism under the guidance of the government. The China Electronics and Information Industry Development Research Institute and the German Economics Asia-Pacific Committee as the lead units should fully exchange views on the framework of the dialogue mechanism, the direction and ideas of cooperation, and the action plan; the second is to carry out strategic research cooperation. In the field of intelligent manufacturing, organize associations, research institutes and enterprises to carry out dialogue and exchanges, and promote standardization cooperation; fourth, carry out pilot demonstrations and exchange of experiences. Actively encourage Chinese and German enterprises to participate in pilot demonstration projects under the existing policy framework and exchange experience. The fifth is to strengthen personnel exchange training. Use government exchange visits, industry docking, academic exchanges, exhibition forums and other opportunities to promote the exchange of relevant policy makers, enterprise managers and scientific and technological personnel in the field of intelligent manufacturing in China and Germany; Make full use of the existing Sino-German industrial park and other foundations to attract Chinese and German enterprises to enter the park, promote exchanges between enterprises, enhance mutual understanding, and provide a platform for cooperation.
