A few days ago, Maersk Line ordered an order for the waste heat recovery system from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries to assemble 11 super-large container ships being built by Daewoo Shipbuilding in South Korea. 
It is reported that Mitsubishi Heavy Industries' patented waste heat recovery system has been patented and launched in 2010 to convert various types of diesel engine exhaust into electricity. Together with this order, Mitsubishi has installed the system for 69 Maersk container ships, including the 18300tTEU "3E" class container ship, which accounts for 90% of the global waste heat recovery system market.
