(1) Basic requirements for project trial operation (taking mine engineering as an example)
1. Stand-alone test run Single-machine test run is a single-unit test run of each system. The test run shall be carried out with no load, no load, from parts to components, to a single set of equipment. Before the previous step is passed, the next step shall not be carried out. Mainly to check the quality of mechanical and electrical equipment products and installation. Under the guidance of the general contracting of the project, the single-machine trial operation is mainly based on the equipment installation unit, and is attended by the owner and the design, and records are made.
2. Sub-system (sub-station) trial operation Sub-system test operation should check whether the production requirements of each production system (workshop) meet the production requirements according to the technical documents such as the relevant regulations. It is divided into three steps: elemental load, half load and full load. Individual equipment should be overloaded for commissioning. Under the guidance of general contracting, the sub-system trial operation is mainly based on the installation unit and is carried out with the participation of the owners.
3. Joint commissioning The joint commissioning is the full commissioning of the entire production system. The purpose is to check whether the joints of the production systems (shops) and the auxiliary equipment are coordinated to meet the requirements of safe production. The joint test run is divided into three stages: no load, half load and full load. After the full load combined test run is qualified, the mine can be in the trial production stage.
The joint trial operation is mainly based on the owner (production unit), and the general contractor and the installation unit cooperate.
4. Mine trial production is organized by the production unit, and the general contractor and construction unit send personnel to assist. The trial production time of large mines is generally 1~1. 5 months, medium-sized mines are half a month, and small mines are suitable for 7 days.
Trial operation and trial production must have approved construction technical measures; records should be made and handed over with the project.
(II) Main assessment contents (taking mine engineering as an example)
1. Evaluate whether the relevant parts of the production systems of the mines and the various links of the production supporting projects are coordinated.
2. Evaluate whether the operational status and adaptability of the mine production organization work meet the production requirements.
3. Carry out the production process assessment of the whole process of the mine to verify whether it meets the requirements of design production capacity and safe production.
(III) Main contents of completion acceptance of mining projects Taking mine engineering as an example, its completion acceptance includes well engineering, civil engineering, mechanical and electrical equipment installation engineering and related supporting projects. Mine project supporting projects including beneficiation plant, special railway line, off-road, electricity, water supply, communication etc, mine engineering check and acceptance at the same time.
(IV) Transfer procedures for mining projects 1. According to the project plan task book or feasibility study report, preliminary design, construction drawings and related technical documents, as well as mining engineering related regulations and current construction acceptance specifications, quality standards and safety regulations Inspection and acceptance, and through trial operation and trial production, submit the project's "production and transfer acceptance report", evaluate the project design, construction, project quality and related project construction results and draw conclusions.
2. The project acceptance committee will review the "acceptance report", check the important parts of the inspection if necessary, and put forward the appraisal opinions that can be put into production, and put forward opinions on the existing measures.
3. When the project acceptance committee makes a conclusion that it can be put into production, it can be handed over to the owner (production unit) by the general contractor under its organization.
