The working principle and development history of 6-S shaker

The 6-S shaker (also known as the 6S shaker, the beneficiation shaker, the FRP shaker) is a gravity beneficiation device developed from a flat chute and later characterized by its asymmetric reciprocating motion. The 6-S shaker consists of three parts: the bed surface, the frame and the transmission mechanism. The bed surface is trapezoidal or rhombic, with a slope of 1° to 5° in the lateral direction. It is placed above the inclined side to the ore tank and the water supply tank. The bed strip is arranged in the longitudinal direction, the height of which is lowered from the transmission end to the opposite side. The entire bed surface is supported by the frame, and a transmission device is installed at one end of the bed surface, and the latter can have a rapid return motion characteristic when the bed surface is approached to the end, that is, a so-called differential motion.

6-S shaker is a common sorting fine ore processing equipment, the processing selected from the tick effectively when the metal ore particle size range is 3 to 0.019 mm, a particle size of up to 10 mm when the upper limit is selected from coal.

The outstanding advantage of the 6-S shaker is the high precision of sorting. High-grade concentrate or waste tailings can be obtained by one sorting, and multiple products can be taken out at the same time. The flat 6-S shaker is easy to handle and easy to adjust.

The main disadvantage is that the equipment covers a large area and the processing capacity per unit of factory area is low. The application of the shaker has been nearly a hundred years old. The original shaker used the impact to cause asymmetric reciprocating movement of the bed surface. It was made in 1890 for coal preparation. The 6-S shaker (mineralization shaker) for ore dressing was made by A. Wilfley from 1896 to 1898 with an eccentric bracket mechanism. In 1918, Plat-O made another transmission mechanism with a cam lever. These two 6-S shaker head structures have been improved and are still in use today. After the Second World War, Germany made a fast 6-S shaker with eccentric drive. In 1964, China successfully developed a inertial spring type 6-S shaker, which has been promoted and applied in production.

Envelope Machine

The automatic Chinese envelope machine is mainly used for processing large and medium-sized envelopes of Chinese style, and is a special equipment for producing Chinese envelopes. The utility model has the advantages of stable mechanical performance, high production efficiency, convenient adjustment, glue adding, cleaning and convenient operation, and solves the bell mouth problem which is easy to occur at the back sealing edge of the Chinese style. This gas is advanced, reasonable gas distribution, suitable for processing the following 150 grams of thick paper envelope. It is an ideal equipment for many envelope manufacturers to upgrade. The envelope machine can be Chinese and Western compatible and can process 1-9 Chinese envelopes and 2-7 western style envelopes as well as various non-standard paper bags in this range. It adopts the international popular flat type paper structure, combined with the air suction bottom out of paper, air suction cylinder, wheel conveying tank transverse folding fence, longitudinal folding mechanism of advanced quality is stable and reliable, high production efficiency, convenient adjustment, is the ideal equipment for high-volume continuous operation and many varieties of small batch processing of the envelope.
