According to the agreement, the new energy vehicle special fund will invest in related industries of new energy vehicles, including but not limited to: new energy vehicles, power batteries, electric vehicle motors, electronic control, charging piles, electric car rental, electric vehicle billing And management platform, development and construction of new energy power stations. The investment area covers the Chinese mainland market as well as overseas markets. The three parties will be funded in phases, and the first phase of the fund will be 3 billion yuan to jointly set up an investment decision-making committee. CICC Guotai and Jinshajiang Capital will form a fund management company responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the fund.
It is reported that the new energy automobile industry has developed rapidly in recent years, and has made great progress in various core technologies such as batteries, motors, and electronic control systems, and new energy infrastructures such as charging and professional parking are gradually improving.
