Common engine failures and troubleshooting
1, starter speed is too low.
Exclusion method: check the starting system, starting speed shall not be less than 110r/min.
2. There is air in the oil supply system.
Exclusion method: (1) Check if the oil supply pipe connector is loose. Loosen the bleeder screw on the fuel filter assembly and use a hand pump to pump the fuel until the escaping fuel is free of air bubbles.
(2) Loosen the high-pressure fuel line connector at the fuel injector end and use a manual pump to pump the fuel until the spilled fuel does not contain any air bubbles.
3, fuel pipeline plugging.
Exclusion method: Check whether the supply pipe is open.
4, fuel filter plug.
Remedy: Replace the spin-on filter element of the fuel filter assembly.
5, the oil pump does not supply oil or intermittent oil supply.
Exclusion method: Check whether the oil inlet pipe leaks; if the oil pump is faulty.
6, less fuel injection, no fuel injection or low fuel injection pressure.
Exclusion method: (1) Check the atomization of the injector.
(2) Whether the injection pump plunger and the outlet valve are worn or stuck, and whether the plunger spring and the outlet valve spring are broken.
(3) Check if the controller is powered on.
7, starting system failure:
(1) Wrong circuit connection or poor contact.
Exclusion method: Check the wiring is correct and reliable.
(2) The battery power is insufficient.
Remedy: Charge the battery.
(3) Poor contact between starter carbon brush and commutator.
Exclusion method: repair or exchange the brush, clean the surface of the commutator with wood sandpaper, and blow clean.
8, (1), lack of compression pressure.
Exclusion method: Replace the piston ring and add the cylinder liner as appropriate.
(2) The piston ring is excessively worn.
Exclusion method: check the valve spring, valve guide and valve seat seal, bad seal should be grinding valve seat.
9, fuel cut solenoid valve joints loose or dirty, corrosion.
Remedy: Tighten, replace or clean.
10. The assembly timing is incorrect.
Exclusion method: check and adjust.
