Jiangxi Liuguo Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. recently completed the technical transformation of the tail gas scrubbing system of the ammonium phosphate plant. The company used the original equipment atmospheric reactor as the acid tank, and added a circulating pump to wash the newly added Wenqiuli. The cleaned gas was then sent to the old system through the air duct for secondary washing. After more than one month of operation, the amount of ammonia in the chimney has been reduced from about 700 kg/hr to less than 50 kg/hr, and the ammonia recovery rate has increased from 87% to more than 98%, saving over 10 million yuan in cost per year. At the same time, the plant environment has been greatly improved.
