The Northern Liaoning Dainao Synthetic Rubber Project was jointly invested by China North Industries Group Shanxi Shanxi Xingan Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. and Spain's Dainasuo Management Co., Ltd. With a total investment of RMB 1.6 billion, it can produce 100,000 tons of solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber annually.
